Its familiar minty aroma has slightly deep, earthy notes, giving it a different aroma than Peppermint Essential Oil. Prized for its cooling properties, this hydrosol helps instantly revitalize the mind and body, helping you to feel alert and focused. It is often used for sore, tense muscles and the aches and pains that can follow a strenuous day or tough workout.
